Bookings

When you place a booking — through the app, phone, WhatsApp, or our website form — you agree to provide accurate location and contact information. Cancellation and rescheduling policies apply as shown in the app or communicated by our team at the time of booking.

Pricing

Service prices depend on job type and scope. Estimates are shown in the app where available. For website or phone bookings, final pricing is confirmed by Panun Kaergar before work begins.

How work is fulfilled

Panun Kaergar may complete a job through its own service team, commission-based vendors, or specialist service partners. Whoever performs the work does so to Panun Kaergar's requirements. The customer relationship stays with Panun Kaergar.
